1. ข้อมูลที่ลบได้

คุณขอลบข้อมูลที่ MerlinGrey เก็บจากการเชื่อมต่อ Facebook, Instagram และ LINE ได้ทั้งหมด ได้แก่ ข้อมูลบัญชีผู้ใช้, โทเคนการเชื่อมต่อเพจ, บทสนทนาและข้อความที่บันทึกไว้, ชื่อและรูปโปรไฟล์ของลูกค้าที่ได้จากผู้ให้บริการ และข้อมูลออเดอร์ที่ผูกกับบทสนทนาเหล่านั้น

2. วิธีขอลบข้อมูล

1. เจ้าของร้าน: เข้าสู่ระบบ MerlinGrey ไปที่ ตั้งค่า แล้วยกเลิกการเชื่อมต่อช่องทาง ระบบจะลบโทเคนการเชื่อมต่อทันที
2. ถอนสิทธิ์จาก Facebook ได้ที่ Facebook › การตั้งค่าและความเป็นส่วนตัว › การตั้งค่า › แอปและเว็บไซต์ แล้วเลือกลบ MerlinGrey
3. ส่งอีเมลถึง privacy@merlingrey.com หัวข้อ "ขอลบข้อมูล" พร้อมชื่อร้าน อีเมลบัญชี หรือชื่อเพจ Facebook ที่เกี่ยวข้อง ลูกค้าของร้านที่เคยทักแชทเข้ามาก็ส่งคำขอได้ โดยระบุชื่อเพจที่เคยคุยและชื่อบัญชี Facebook หรือ Instagram ของตนเอง

3. ระยะเวลาดำเนินการ

เรายืนยันการรับคำขอภายใน 3 วันทำการ และลบข้อมูลให้เสร็จภายใน 30 วัน ยกเว้นข้อมูลที่กฎหมายกำหนดให้ต้องเก็บไว้ เช่น หลักฐานทางบัญชีและภาษี ซึ่งจะเก็บเท่าที่จำเป็นและลบเมื่อพ้นระยะเวลาตามกฎหมาย

Data deletion (English)

To delete data MerlinGrey stored through Facebook, Instagram or LINE (account data, page connection tokens, stored conversations and messages, customer names and profile pictures from the provider, and orders linked to those conversations): disconnect the channel in MerlinGrey Settings, remove MerlinGrey under Facebook Settings › Apps and Websites, or email privacy@merlingrey.com with the subject "Data deletion request" and your shop name, account email or Facebook page name. Customers who messaged a shop can request deletion with the page name and their Facebook or Instagram account name. We confirm within 3 business days and complete deletion within 30 days, except records we must keep by law.
